Installation Scenario 1:

You have a DIY Lithium Battery comprising of multiple 3.2 VDC cells, a cell balancer, and a Battery Management System (BMS).  Battery voltage will be between 12 VDC and 48 VDC.

The PSM-03 will directly supervise the operation of the BMS functions such as Cell and Battery Over Voltage and Under Voltage and ALERT YOU should any parameters be exceeded OR the BMS activates any protection mechanisms.

You will be able to view the status of your individual cells and the overall battery including battery current (+/- 300A), cell temperature and the battery STATUS OF CHARGE.

Up to 3 load current sensors can be fitted.

Up to 3 charge current sensors can be fitted.

Installation Scenario 2:

You have a one or more 12 VDC Lead Acid or LiFePO4 Batteries in either a series or parallel configuration.  Overall battery voltage will be between 12 VDC and 48 VDC.

The PSM-03 will directly supervise the operation of the total battery array including individual battery modules including over voltage, under voltage, voltage balance between modules and ALERT YOU should any parameters be exceeded.

You will be able to view the status of your individual battery modules and the whole battery array including battery current (+/- 300A), cell temperature and the battery STATUS OF CHARGE.

Up to 3 load current sensors can be fitted.

Up to 3 charge current sensors can be fitted. 

Power System Monitoring in the Comfort of Your Home:

The PSM-03 utilises WiFi technology to allow you to monitor your power system from the comfort of your home.  Just enter the details of your home WiFi access point into the PSM-03, and it will connect automatically to your home internet *.  All you need to do is open a web page on your phone, computer, or tablet, enter the device web address (also configurable) and your system data shall be displayed in real time.  All logged information is accessible either in tabular form or presented as an easy-to-understand graph.

When you leave home, the PSM-03 becomes its own WiFi Access point, allowing you to connect your device directly and view the live data remotely.

* - PSM-03 must be in range of your home WiFi.
